RENTAL FEE:
A one-week stay (Saturday from 3:00 P.M. through the next Saturday before 11:00 A.M) is $700 unless otherwise noted* ($800 for holiday weeks).
NO sub-renting / leasing of the cottages is permitted
SECURITY DEPOSIT:
A security deposit of $350.00 will hold your rental for the time specified in the agreement. This deposit will apply to your rental agreement. . If you decide to cancel, the deposit is nonrefundable unless another renter is found for that week.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT and remaining BALANCE:
A $250.00 damage deposit is also required to ensure the premises are left in the condition received. This damage deposit is required one week prior to the rental date along with the remaining balance for the rental agreement. Within one week after the rental period, the renter will receive the damage deposit back if the premises were found to be in proper order.
ARRIVAL:
Check-In: after 3:00 P.M. on Saturday or arrival date
Check-Out: before 11:00 A.M. on the following Saturday or departure date
WHAT IS SUPPLIED:
The cottage is equipped with the basic needs for a pleasant stay: 1 king size bed, 2 full size beds, 1 single bed, 1 sleeper sofa, refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, pots and pans, dishes and silverware, gas grill, picnic table, paddle boat, kayak, life vests, TVs and VCR, fire pit.
WHAT TO BRING:
Linens and towels, pillows, blankets, dish towels, detergent for sink, paper towels, napkins, coffee filters, foil, trash bags, toilet tissue, water toys or floats, fishing equipment, movies for the VCR, firewood.
There is no phone at the cottage. We suggest you bring your own cell phone. The nearest pay phone is across the lake.
NON-SMOKING:
There is no smoking allowed in the cottage.
PETS:
Due to cleaning, and other issues, there are no pets allowed in or at the cottage.
CARE/CLEANING:
We ask that you leave our cottage as you found it, and act as if it were your own. A trash container is located outside of the cottage and will be picked up on Saturday. Please use trash bags when you fill the container to keep this clean for others.
PARKING:
There is space for four to five cars on the driveway. Please do not park any vehicles (including boats) on the grass.
